Vitality Holistic Fitness is a 6-month, high-touch 1:1/ group hybrid coaching program for women who want to build strength, confidence, and physical resilience in a way that supports their body and real life.
This program blends structured strength training with individualized coaching, group support, and a course hub that includes mindset and nutrition education... without extremes, calorie or macro counting, punishment, or all-or-nothing expectations.
Rather than pushing harder or chasing aesthetics, the focus is on building sustainable strength, improving consistency, and learning how to train in a way that supports energy, recovery, and long-term progress.

This program is designed for women who are tired of restriction and calorie counting. This is for the woman that wants sustainable strength, better energy, and confidence in their body—without burnout or forcing results.
