Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access and legal action.

4. Access & Availability

Access to programs may be:

• Time-limited (e.g., live challenges)

• Limited-duration replay access

• Ongoing for a defined enrollment period

We reserve the right to:

• Modify content

• Update materials

• Change platform hosting

• Discontinue programs

Access does not guarantee lifetime availability unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to materials:

• All sales are final

• No refunds are provided unless explicitly stated

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payment may result in revoked access.

6. Community Guidelines (Group Programs & Challenges)

If participating in a group container, challenge, Telegram group, or course community, you agree to:

• Maintain respectful communication

• Refrain from harassment or discrimination

• Not provide medical advice to other participants

• Maintain confidentiality of other members

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate community standards without refund.

7. No Guarantees

Results vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific health outcomes

• Symptom resolution

• Weight loss

• Income or business results

• Fitness improvements

Your success depends on many factors outside our control.

8. Assumption of Risk

Any disputes shall be resolved in Pennsylvania courts unless otherwise required by law.
