pushing unsustainable low-carb diets, calorie restriction, and a boatload of supplements. 

I'm 36.  I have two kids.  A traveling husband.  And my own business.

 

Ain't nobody got time to weigh food and log calories. 

 

NOT TO MENTION

This way of eating isn't sustainable and it doesn't lead to long-term results.

 

What it does lead to is restriction, food fear, guilt, and micronutrient deficiencies. 
 

Most fitness programs are built on restriction, control, and ignoring the body’s signals...

especially for women trying to balance real life, stress, and long-term health.
